Consistently good products

This was my third purchase from Sven & Son; I've previously bought an Essential Series Adjustable Base and then bamboo sheets. This time, I got the Cooling Pillow, and it's just as good as their other items. It's consistently cool throughout the night, which I appreciate. The order came quickly this time, only took 4 days to reach Austin. Their product quality has always been reliable, no issues to report. I trust them for bedding.

Solid quality, wish shipping was faster

I bought a Queen Adjustable Base and a Hybrid Mattress during a holiday sale. The value for the price was pretty good, especially with the bundle discount. The base itself is sturdy, and the mattress is comfortable – a good balance between soft and firm. I did notice the massage function on the base is more of a gentle vibration, not a deep tissue massage, but it's still relaxing. Shipping took a full two weeks to get to my place in California, which felt a bit long. Everything arrived in good condition though. I had a small question about syncing the remote, and customer service was quick to respond via email. Happy with the purchase, just wish the shipping window was a bit tighter.

Great base, good support

I bought the Platinum Series Adjustable Base and a Hybrid Mattress a few weeks ago. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions. Delivery took about 7 days to reach me in California, which was within their estimated window. Setup wasn't too bad, though the base is quite heavy, so I needed an extra set of hands. The motor is quiet, and the Zero Gravity feature is really comfortable for my back. I did have a small question about syncing the remote, and customer service responded to my email within a day with clear instructions. The only minor hiccup was one of the headboard bracket bolts was a bit stiff to turn, but I got it eventually. Overall, a solid purchase.

Hybrid mattress is comfortable

Got the Hybrid Mattress. It's much comfier than my old one, good support. Shipping was free and came in 6 days. Unboxing was easy enough. Only wish it had handles on the side to move it around easier after unrolling.

Good value for a Split King

I was looking for a Split King Adjustable Bed and found Sven & Son. The price for the bundle was competitive compared to other brands I checked, especially with the free shipping. I felt I got a lot of features for my money. The underbed lighting is a nice touch. I did have to buy headboard brackets separately, which I hadn't realized were not included. Overall, a good purchase.

Good value, minor delivery issue

I picked up a Queen Adjustable Base during their Memorial Day sale. The price was competitive, especially with the discount, and it seems well-built. The adjustable features work smoothly, and the USB ports are a nice touch. It arrived in about five days, which was pretty quick. My only complaint was that the delivery driver left the box on my porch instead of bringing it inside, even though I paid for standard delivery. Luckily, I was home to move it. Customer service was helpful when I called to ask about the setup video. It's a good base for the money, just be ready for a heavy package.

Good base, long delivery

I ordered the Platinum Series Adjustable Base and a Hybrid Mattress during their Presidents Day sale. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, though it took a moment to find the exact model I wanted. Shipping was free, which was a nice bonus, but it took about 10 business days for everything to arrive. The delivery team was professional, but they only brought it to the door, so setting up the base and mattress myself was a bit of a workout. The base itself is solid and works great, the massage function is a nice touch, and the mattress is very comfortable. I had a quick question about syncing the remote, and customer support replied to my email within 24 hours with clear instructions. My only minor complaint is the delivery timeframe; I was hoping for something a little quicker, but the product quality makes up for it.

Good adjustable base, some delivery hiccups

I recently purchased the Classic Series Adjustable Base along with a Memory Foam Mattress. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Delivery took about 8 days to reach my home in Miami, which was a bit longer than I expected given the 'free shipping' claim, but not terrible. The delivery drivers did leave the large boxes right at my door, and I had to move them inside myself. Assembly of the base was manageable with the instructions provided, and the quality of both the base and mattress seems high. The remote control works perfectly. Customer support was helpful when I called to inquire about the tracking number, though I was on hold for a few minutes. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, but the delivery could be smoother.
